Synopsis: Katrina will talk about ‘Managing time as an asset’. The talk will explore aspects of time management in the context of health and wellbeing, looking at personal time management in a world where the boundaries between work and leisure time are becoming increasingly blurred. During the pandemic, working remotely is causing individuals and organisations to think about how and where different types of work are done. Katrina will talk about how we reflect on the patterns in our daily lives and the importance of pacing and prioritisation. 

Speaker Bio: Katrina’s background is in Research & Development (R&D) where she specialised in complex engineering materials, becoming a Rolls Royce Research Fellow.  She worked in R&D in the oil industry where her skills in innovation and problem-solving were applied in multi-functional and multinational teams. After working in Germany, she did her  Exec MBA at Manchester Business School and moved into the IT services industry. She then founded TIYGA Health, a pioneer in connected health diaries. TIYGA™ software focuses on the idea that time is your greatest asset. Her focus is enabling timely solutions in health and wellbeing across many sectors where early intervention and self-management are beneficial.
