On Thursday, 26 May 2016, Danielle George, Professor of Radio Engineering at The University of Manchester, discussed the role of citizens in engineering projects at our Cockcroft Rutherford Lecture.

Professor George was described by the Guardian as one of 2014’s heroes in science.

She has been privileged to present The Royal Institute 2014 Christmas Lectures and has more recently presented at the acclaimed TEDGlobal Conference.
