Change your personal details
The Division of Development and Alumni Relations (DDAR) helps you stay connected with your University.
When you share your personal details with DDAR, you will receive:
- our emails, including our newsletter every fortnight;
- occasional information by post or telephone about how you can donate and volunteer to support our students, research and others;
- invites to University events.
You can email email@example.com to change how we contact you.
Sharing your home address and job information means you will receive only the most relevant information from us.
If you have received a copy of The University of Manchester Magazine
You can use this form to change your personal details if you received a copy of The University of Manchester Magazine in April or May 2021.
You will need
You will need your alumni ID number.
You can find your alumni ID number on the Stay connected to your University form that came with your copy of The University of Manchester Magazine. It is referred to as your unique ID number on the form.
If you have not received a copy of The University of Manchester Magazine
Please email your personal details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include your alumni ID number if you know it.
If you do not know your alumni ID number, please include your:
- full name;
- date of birth;
- the year you first graduated from The University of Manchester.

Please email email@example.com if you would like to stop hearing from us.
DDAR processes personal information in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation.
