Medical Humanitarianism: Reflections on a lifetime on the Frontline

In late 2022 Professor Redmond carried out his final humanitarian mission – working in war-torn Ukraine. Join us in person as he reflects upon 35 years of responding to wars and major disasters around the world and the lessons we have, haven’t, and must learn.

Professor Dame Nancy Rothwell, President and Vice-Chancellor, will chair the lecture, which will be followed by Q&A with the audience. There will be a drinks reception to follow.

We’ll also be streaming the lecture for those of you who are not able to join us in person.
